Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Architect - SAP BRIM to drive the architecture, design, and modernization of our customer financial platforms. You will lead with deep expertise in CI, FI-CA, CM, SOM, and CC, partnering with business and tech teams to create scalable solutions that support billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.

You will mentor teams, define integration patterns, and shape future modernization initiatives, working across SAP, CRM, payment gateways, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application, solution architecture, or SAP experience.
• 5+ years of SAP BRIM experience with CI, FI-CA, CM.
• Experience integrating SAP with external platforms, payment processors, banks, CRM systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and translate requirements into designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for SAP BRIM with CI, FI-CA, and CM.
• Provide architecture leadership for billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Design integrations between SAP BRIM and S/4HANA FICO, CRM, payment gateways, and banks.
• Define API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns using CPI and REST.
• Mentor development teams and establish architecture standards and best practices.
