Job summary

You will help push governance, testing, and automation, while coaching engineers to improve platform design and resilience within the Athena-based environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience in performant, large-scale system development in OO or FP languages (Python/Java/C++/C#).
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-assisted development tools with governance and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver specific projects within the global program of work.
• Collaborate with and influence other technology teams to meet users' needs.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Drives adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices with measurable validation standards.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve value and automation.
• Serves as a function-wide SME in focus areas.
