SnapLock Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Production Associate for the 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) to support the supervisor in leading the shift and developing talent on the production team.

Starting pay is $23/hour with a $1 shift differential, depending on experience. You will facilitate cross-team communication, train operators on injection molding, manage breaks, perform daily maintenance, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field within an injection molding environment.
• Team player with leadership ability and strong attention to detail.
• Safety oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between Quality Control, operators, and management.
• Train Operators on molding processes and product requirements.
• Assist Production Manager with breaks and lunches to keep machines running.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks and complete required paperwork.
• Operate and troubleshoot molding machines and perform color changes.
• Utilize forklift and tools to move products and components safely.
• Promote and maintain a clean, ISO 9001 compliant workspace.

Description

We are seeking a enthusiastic and hands on Senior Lead Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for supporting the supervisor in leading the shift through attention to detail, work order management, relieving team members for breaks, and helping develop talent across the production team.

Available Shift:

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm

Starting from $23.00 an hour plus $1.00 shift differential, depending on experience

Your Day to Day:

• Facilitate communication between Quality Control, machine operators, and management
• Train Operators on injection molding processes, product requirements, and best practices
• Assist the Production Manager with breaks and lunches to keep machines running
• Perform daily maintenance tasks and complete required paperwork
• Execute color changes and maintain accurate colorant logs
• Weigh gaylords of colorant at the end of each production run
• Operate 2–3 molding machines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Inspect products visually for defects and quality compliance
• Support MAX production and assembly, including use of power hand tools (e.g., riveting)
• Operate punch machine for MAX production
• Use forklift to move product as needed
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment
• Adapt to changing production needs and shift priorities
• Maintain clean work areas through general housekeeping
• Comply with ISO 9001 standards
• Troubleshoot molding issues and make necessary adjustments
• A strong commitment to 5S

What We Would Love About You:
