What You’ll Do
  • Define and Drive Strategy: Shape the product vision for the Payments platform, aligning business goals, customer safety, and compliance with cutting-edge technology practices.
  • Scale for Growth:Focus on building a best-in-class scalable Payments platform that supports multiple payment products and handles rising transaction volumes, paving the way for innovation and expansion.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure our core platform enables products that provide exceptional, seamless, and intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Lead and work with product, engineering, design, and business teams to deliver platform solutions that enhance the entire product ecosystem, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Scalability & Infrastructure: Oversee the development of a flexible and scalable platform that can support current and future product demands, ensuring a strong foundation for continued growth and product innovation.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics and market insights to inform platform development decisions, ensuring the product evolves to meet both current and future customer needs.
What We’re Looking For

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, with a focus on different types of Payments( ACH, Cards, Wallets ) and money movement platforms. SaaS industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven success building enterprise scale payments / fintech platforms and delivering high-impact products with seamless customer experiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations, ideally within core payments or fintech.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and product strategy.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and managing end-to-end product development cycles.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$184,700 - $230,900 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
