Job summary

Green Dot Corporation is seeking a Lead Product Engineer with deep expertise in .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure cloud technologies. You will lead engineering efforts to deliver scalable, cloud-native applications and drive Azure migration initiatives within an AI-enhanced development lifecycle.

Collaboration across teams will be essential to delivering high-impact solutions. You will mentor engineers, architect migration strategies, and work with AI copilots to optimize code quality and delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with .NET and C# focus.
• Strong SQL Server and database design experience.
• Experience with Azure migration and cloud-native apps.
• Familiar with AI code assistants and modern tooling.
• Experience in automated testing, TDD, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise apps with .NET/C#.
• Architect Azure migration strategies for legacy modernization.
• Build cloud-native solutions using Azure services (AKS, Cosmos DB).
• Work in AI-enabled SDLC; translate requirements with AI copilots.
• Collaborate with AI to iterate on user flows and architectures.
• Pair program with AI tools to write and test production code.
• Write tests concurrently with development to ensure CI/CD.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote cloud/AI best practices.
