Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong documentation skills including updating JIRA tickets and network diagrams.
• CWNA Certification or equivalent required.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning.
• Working knowledge of network management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Improve infrastructure monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and deliver network documentation.
• Provide design guidance on network solutions.
• Assess and optimize existing network infrastructure.
