Job summary

A government services company is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Network Engineer to lead and enhance a large-scale network project. In this role, you will manage and document the NPS network infrastructure, improve monitoring capabilities, and interface with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in network protocols, documentation, and troubleshooting, along with relevant degrees and certifications. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information systems or related field.
• 3+ years experience with disaster recovery plan creation and implementation.
• CWNA and BCNE Certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage NPS network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.
• Improve infrastructure monitoring capabilities.

Skills

Strong documentation skills

Ability to communicate with end users

Experience with RF site survey tools

Strong knowledge of layer 2/3 protocols

Strong knowledge of network security

Strong troubleshooting skills

Working knowledge of LINUX and Windows

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
