A government services company is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Network Engineer to lead and enhance a large-scale network project. In this role, you will manage and document the NPS network infrastructure, improve monitoring capabilities, and interface with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in network protocols, documentation, and troubleshooting, along with relevant degrees and certifications. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information systems or related field.
3+ years experience with disaster recovery plan creation and implementation.
CWNA and BCNE Certifications or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Operate and manage NPS network infrastructure.
Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.
Improve infrastructure monitoring capabilities.
Skills
Strong documentation skills
Ability to communicate with end users
Experience with RF site survey tools
Strong knowledge of layer 2/3 protocols
Strong knowledge of network security
Strong troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of LINUX and Windows
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
Master’s Degree in a related discipline
