Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Terraform, and AWS services (ECS/EKS) with frontier models.
• Strong knowledge across cloud, AI/ML, and related engineering disciplines.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools with validated outputs.
• Coaching senior engineers on compliant AI usage and secure practices.
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with minimal oversight.
• Current working experience with ChatGPT, LLM and MLIO skillset.
• Practical cloud-native development experience.

Responsibilities
