Job Overview

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Analyst / Principal Manufacturing Analyst located in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and controlling the timely flow of products through the Manufacturing Cell to support the delivery requirements of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and control the timely flow of products through the Manufacturing Cell.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Production Management, Manufacturing first line supervision, Manufacturing Cell Management, Operations Program Management, Production Material Control Specialists, Kitting and Inventory Management, Final Assembly Cells Production Control personnel, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Provide status of hardware of assigned Programs from initial kit conversion to delivery.
  • Maintain SAP metrics such as Aging Orders, Overdue hours, Confirmed not Delivered orders, floor stock inventory control, and resolve material shortages as they arise.
Basic Qualifications
  • Basic Level: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Materials, MRP, Production Control, Supply Chain or Business Coordination; or Master’s degree with equivalent experience; or 6 years of experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Principal Level: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience; or Master’s degree and 3 years of experience; or 9 years of experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP or other related systems.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active or current U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a closely related field.

Compensation
  • Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 – $108,600.00.
  • Secondary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 – $134,900.00.
  • Possible overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and eligibility for Long Term Incentives for higher levels.

Relocation assistance is not available. A Secret Clearance is required at start.
