Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on installation or carpentry experience in interior home remodeling.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and client-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install full range of kitchen, bathroom, and other carpentry-related products sold by the company according to plans
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship
• Communicate with lead installer and team
• Manage tools and equipment on-site
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with inventory and material handling
• Follow timelines and complete tasks efficiently
• Other duties as assigned and requested
