Job summary

Tin Man Heating is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer for residential projects. You will install systems, mentor junior installers, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards with attention to codes and manufacturer specs.

Your background includes 2–5+ years in HVAC installation with lead duties, HVAC certification or equivalent hands-on experience, and a strong customer-service mindset. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $40.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission (top performers $50+/hour).

• 2–5+ years of HVAC installation experience with lead duties.
• HVAC certification or degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems to company standards, codes and manufacturer specs.
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality requirements.
• Pre-measure and assess job sites for proper sizing and installation readiness.
• Connect equipment, ductwork, and electrical components accurately and efficiently.
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication on every job.
