JMS Talent Partners is assisting a Dallas-based client in recruiting a Lead Full Stack Engineer for onsite, full-time direct-hire. The role directs delivery, guides modern frontend and backend architecture, and drives outcomes for enterprise platform initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams through modernization, establish engineering guardrails, and serve as a technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 8+ years building enterprise Angular applications (Angular 14+, TypeScript).
• 3+ years in formal technical leadership roles guiding teams.
• Experience with advanced AI integrations and agentic architectures (production RAG, MCP).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend and backend architecture across the software lifecycle.
• Direct delivery and mentor engineering teams on modern architectures.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering workflows and secure microservices.
• Collaborate with clients and product teams to ADRs and roadmaps.
