Job summary

CNT Management Consulting offers SAP consulting services with a focus on S/4HANA transformations and SAP Cloud solutions. The team supports enterprises and public organizations across regions, delivering high-value SAP Finance projects.

The role involves consulting customers in SAP Financials with S/4HANA, performing standard customizing and enhancements, and mentoring junior consultants in a collaborative, travel-friendly environment. Flexible hours and a hybrid setup are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FI/CO experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations is a plus.
• Consulting background and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult SAP FI/CO customers with a focus on S/4HANA implementations.
• Perform SAP standard customizing to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in development of customer-specific enhancements.
• Lead technical projects and participate in client meetings.
• Drive implementation, optimization and release changes.
• Mentor consultants and junior professionals.
• Transfer know-how through trainings and workshops.
• Advise on hard and soft skills development.

What you'll be doing:

• Consulting customers within SAP Financials projects with a focus on S/4HANA
• Technical implementation of our customer requirements in SAP standard customizing
• Support in the development of customer-specific enhancements
• Technical project responsibility in consulting and meetings
• Execution of implementation, optimization and release change projects
• Technical responsibility as mentor of our consultants and young professionals
• Know-how transfer within internal and customer trainings and workshops
• Own further training in hard and soft skills
