We seek a Senior Lead Applied AI Scientist to design, deploy, and optimize production-scale AI solutions across agents, generative AI, and ML, partnering with business, product, and engineering leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in applied AI or data science with production deployments.
• Proven track record delivering AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Deep expertise in ML, statistics, experimentation, and AI techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LLM, RAG, agentic, and ML solutions.
• Python proficiency and modern AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI solutions from concept through production.
• Partner with business/product to define success metrics and validate value.
• Develop AI systems using ML, generative AI, retrieval, and agentic architectures.
• Define evaluation frameworks; improve quality, safety, and cost.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver scalable production-ready solutions (MLOps/LLMOps).
• Contribute reusable frameworks and standards to accelerate AI adoption.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship on complex AI initiatives.
