Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect focused on AI systems to drive secure AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale. You will partner with product, engineering, and risk stakeholders to identify threats and implement scalable controls across AI platforms and agentic workflows.

You will lead design reviews, set technical direction, and reduce risk through hands-on guidance and measurable security improvements in AI, ML, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience in cybersecurity architecture and/or securing AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with Public Cloud AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock) and enterprise security patterns.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies including notebooks, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance security strategies, red teaming programs, and scalable designs for AI platforms and agentic workflows.
• Design secure AI and software architectures with adversarial resilience and secure-by-default patterns.
• Reduce AI/LLM and agent security vulnerabilities across the MDLC and agent runtime.
• Collaborate with product, data science, cyber, legal, and risk teams to align AI risk mitigation priorities.
• Conduct threat modeling and adversarial testing on generative AI, ML systems, and AI agents.
• Define agent security controls including authN/authZ, secure session management, least-privilege access, and tool lifecycle governance.
• Provide guidance on secure design, logging, monitoring, and observability for AI applications and agents.
• Evaluate agent harness/orchestration patterns to ensure safe execution boundaries and governance.
