Job summary

The role focuses on building a shared knowledge platform for AI systems, embedding search, MLOps, and API design, with mentorship to engineers in RAG and production AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience; internship experience not counted.
• 1+ year of cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 4+ years of Python experience.
• 4+ years building and operating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• 3+ years of production AI/ML or LLM-based systems experience.
• 3+ years of vector search infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Content Moderation Knowledge Library (RAG-backed corpus).
• Own embedding search pipeline and retrieval tuning.
• Lead Prompt MLOps and manage prompts as versioned artifacts.
• Own AI content compliance and generation platform APIs across teams.
• Design the agentic critic validation stream (deterministic validators + LLM validators).
• Lead architecture design, reviews, and mentor engineers on RAG and production AI operations.
