Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and formal training in software engineering concepts.
• 2+ years leading technologists to solve complex technical items.
• Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with the ability to tackle complex problems.
• Drives adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams with measurable standards.
• Utilizes SDLC tools and enterprise AI capabilities to improve efficiency and automate workflows.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with supporting systems.
• Leads AI/ML delivery best practices alongside software engineering best practices.
• Defines architecture for a series of complex deliverables.
• Gathers and analyzes data to build visualizations and reports for continuous improvement.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system design.
