Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies.
• 6+ years of Python/Go/Scala/Java development experience.
• 7+ years deploying AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience designing, developing and supporting complex AI systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor an engineering team and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that affect associates and customers.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components (foundation models, LLMs, inference, guardrails, evaluation).
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI tech (AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch).
• Contribute to technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.
