Job summary

Nebraska Children and Families Foundation seeks a Senior Lead, Advancement to drive donor engagement and sustainable funding. You will partner with the Senior Vice President of Advancement and cross-functional teams to strengthen donor relationships and communications, advancing NCFF’s mission in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The role emphasizes moves management, donor cultivation, stewardship across portfolios, and collaboration with marketing and program staff.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of professional fundraising and grantwriting experience with a proven track record of securing major gifts and grants.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain donor relationships across corporate, foundation, public, and individual giving sectors.
  • Experience with donor management or CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor fundraising goals and moves management strategies across the donor portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Advancement team to ensure brand, messaging and communications continuity.
  • Represent NCFF with funders, policymakers, community leaders, and strategic partners, and follow up on leads.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with donors and partners to support philanthropic growth and stewardship.
  • Support securing public funding in collaboration with the Principal Grant Strategist and drive donor engagement strategies across lifecycle.
