Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in development, fundraising, sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated success in solicitation of annual and major gifts or transferable skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and programs.
• Discretion in handling confidential matters.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement major gift fundraising strategies with identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors.
• Build relationships with alumni, community leaders, and philanthropists to align giving with College priorities.
• Assist in creating and implementing the campus’ overall development strategy.
