Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years in LCD display technology development or related fields.
- Experience with TFT backplane technologies (a-Si/LTPS/oxide) and LCD pixel circuit design.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and validation of LCD panel technologies for automotive displays.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to mature LCD architectures.
- Define requirements for TCONs, driver ICs, and display interfaces.
- Validate halo mitigation techniques and backlight/POD interactions.
- Prepare technology readiness documentation for production transfer.
