Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Photonics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize laser-based processes for manufacturing-ready capability.
• Build and troubleshoot prototype stations and design optical systems for laser-matter studies.
• Plan and execute structured experiments including DOE to establish process windows and analyze results.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to translate lab work into scalable processes.
• Document work and contribute to IP through reports and guidelines.
