Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Large Loss Contents Property Adjuster in the Chicago area. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer’s home to inspect large loss contents claims.
• Handle escalated claims files with complex contents.
• Conduct coverage investigations and ensure policy application.
• Inspect on site and use video tech with vendors to write a contents damage estimate.
• Communicate empathetically and guide customers through claim process.
• Negotiate settlements following standard methodologies.
• Coordinate with structure adjusters for holistic handling of the claim.
• Use data and analytics to tell a story for decisions.
