Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Landscape Specialist to join the Health Landscape Section. The role is based on site and operates Monday-Friday, focusing on maintenance, preservation and general care of all landscaping on campus.

Responsibilities include operating mowers and power tools, performing routine landscape work, and coordinating with team members to ensure safety and cleanliness. A minimum of 1 year of related experience and a High School diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year directly related landscaping experience
• High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
• Pass general background check and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to internal and external customers and responds to inquiries professionally
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Arrives on time and adheres to schedule and attendance requirements
• Follows Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• Operates mowers, string trimmers, aerators, sprinklers, chainsaws and other landscaping tools
• Removes debris, cleans flowerbeds and prunes bushes
• Loads and unloads dirt, gravel, trash and debris
• Operates and may tow light construction equipment
• Keeps equipment operational and maintains records
• Keeps maintenance schedules and performs repairs as needed
• Mows lawns and maintains surrounding landscapes
• Sweeps walkways and manages litter
• Performs other duties as assigned
