Job summary

Limbach's Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Project Manager-Installation to lead installation teams and oversee residential projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage schedules, labor, materials, quality, and client communication, rotate between job sites, and coach installation teams to uphold Limbach's standards of safety and craftsmanship.

This hands-on role rewards ownership, initiative, and team growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of residential landscape or construction project management experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a high-end landscape company.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation, materials, and labor costs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple high-end residential projects from planning through completion.
• Lead field teams with clarity, accountability, and care.
• Develop and communicate project schedules daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Manage labor hours, materials, and job costs to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and subcontractors.
• Rotate between job sites to maintain safety and quality.
• Proactively solve challenges and keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure clean, safe, professional jobsites reflecting Limbach's brand.
• Lead, coach, and develop installation team members.
