Job summary

Gardens of Babylon Landscapes is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of our Landscape Maintenance branch. You will supervise maintenance teams, coach crew members, and coordinate weekly routing to ensure safety and quality that aligns with Gardens of Babylon’s standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in landscape maintenance operations.
• OSHA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet vehicle insurability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential and commercial maintenance teams.
• Lead safety training and OSHA compliance.
• Schedule crews and coordinate efficient weekly routing.
• Monitor field efficiency, labor costs, and job earnings.
• Identify budget concerns and report variances to Maintenance Branch Manager.
