Job summary

Warner’s Outdoor Solutions, a local leader in the Twin Cities Metro, is seeking a skilled Softscape-focused Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. This full-time role leads a crew to install softscape features and deliver high-end landscape projects year-round.

You will operate landscape machinery, supervise safety and quality, and mentor crew members to meet project goals. Valid driver’s license required; MN-DOT health certificate for company vehicles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience installing softscape features (edging, fabric, mulch, rock, sod, seed, drainage, grading).
• Ability to lead and work effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with plant identification and proper care.
• Proficient in operating landscape machinery (skid steers, trucks, trailers, power equipment).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain MN-DOT health certificate to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew in the installation of softscape elements, including edging, fabric, mulch, rock, sod, seed, drainage, and grading
• Perform hands-on, physical work and operate a variety of landscape machinery and power equipment
• Ensure proper care, maintenance, and safe operation of all equipment
• Train, encourage, and manage team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely
• Identify and care for various flowers and plants as part of landscape installations
• Operate skid steers, trucks, trailers, and other necessary equipment for project completion

Compensation

$30–$35 per hour, based on experience. Projected annual earnings range from $75,000 to $100,000. Bi-weekly payroll. Paid overtime. Year-round employment.
