Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated project-management experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Rhino, Lumion or comparable 3D-modeling tools and plug-ins.
• Ability to produce and administer CAD drawings in accordance with office standards.
• Construction-documentation and detailing experience.
• Strong oral, written and graphic communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• High degree of accuracy and ability to self-edit.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept through construction administration.
