The ideal candidate is creative, professional, and can guide clients through the design process while delivering executable plans. This is not an entry-level role; strong skills are required to contribute immediately with minimal training.

Qualifications

• Meet with clients to understand vision, preferences, and project goals
• Develop and present customized landscape designs for residential properties
• Create detailed plans using industry-standard design software
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project execution
• Revise designs based on client feedback and drive projects toward approval
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the design and sales process
• Support the sales pipeline by producing designs that convert to closed projects
