Job summary
WGI, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL invites a Landscape Architecture Senior Designer to provide design and technical guidance to LA Designers and oversee construction packages for landscape, irrigation, hardscape and site amenities.
You will prepare conceptual plans by hand and in CAD, create renderings, feasibility reports, and coordinate with clients, inspections, and cost estimates as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from LAAB-accredited university or foreign equivalent.
- Two years of experience in landscape architecture design.
- Knowledge of the relationship between landscape architecture design and constructability.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Provide design and technical guidance to LA Designers.
- Oversee the development of construction packages including landscape, irrigation, hardscape and site amenity plans.
- Prepare conceptual plans by hand and in CAD for LA Designers to further develop.
- Prepare renderings; prepare feasibility reports.
- Perform landscape inspections; assist with construction cost estimates; coordinate with clients.
