LandDesign seeks a Senior Designer I to join our Landscape Architecture team in Orlando. The role provides design and technical support while guiding Designers I and II, applying comprehensive understanding to solve problems and own projects.

The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite and modeling tools, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to client and team coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors or Masters in Landscape Architecture (or related field) required.
• Active pursuing or licensed professional licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite and modeling programs.

Aufgaben

• Efficiently prepare digital and hand drawings to communicate master plan, design elements, and site features.
• Support in writing proposals, change orders and developing fee budgets.
• Create project plans and align project plans with project fee budget.
• Ensure legibility and clean communication of construction documents.
• Mentor Designers I and II and provide QA in plans with project lead.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, planners, contractors, and client’s consultants.
