Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or similar).
• Deep understanding of desert flora, xeriscaping, and arid-climate best practices.
• Strong knowledge of hardscaping, outdoor lighting, and irrigation systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch designs to clients and guide crews.

• Integrate weather-intuitive irrigation systems, permeable materials, and water management solutions for sustainable, environmentally friendly upkeep.

Compensation & Benefits
