Job summary

Environmental Management Inc. (EMI) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial landscape installation projects across Columbus, OH.

You will drive planning, scheduling, and execution with Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong landscape construction knowledge with leadership, communication, and budgeting skills, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial landscape construction.
• Experience managing multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, drainage, grading and irrigation installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial landscape installation projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and high quality standards across all project phases.
• Review profitability, manage budgets, and handle change orders and closeout documentation.
