Qualificações

• 10 years of experience, including 3 to 4 years supervisory.
• Landscape Architecture license is strongly desired.
• Active member of a professional practice organization.
• Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of Landscape Architecture and Planning.
• Driver's License (required).

Responsabilidades

• Manage technical and project management for daily preparation of deliverables.
• Develop and grow client relationships and partnerships.
• Lead or assist on complex LA projects, designs, planning studies, contracts, and proposals.
• Review complete project documents and QA/QC.
• Train and provide technical guidance to staff.

Strong organizational skills

Advanced oral, written and graphic communication skills

Ability to efficiently delegate tasks/projects

Ability to motivate and develop staff

Strong financial skills related to budget and project billing

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
