Job summary

Creighton Manning, a GAI company, seeks a Senior Landscape Architect – Project Manager to lead complex landscape design projects, evaluating feasibility, and managing client relationships in a community context.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, staff scheduling and QA/QC, with responsibilities including presenting at meetings, developing proposals, and ensuring deliverables meet professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 10 years of experience, including 3 to 4 years supervisory.
• Landscape Architecture license strongly desired.
• Active member of a professional practice organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical and Project Management for the day-to-day preparation of deliverables.
• Develop and grow client relationships and partnerships.
• Responsible for the day-to-day staffing and project scheduling.
• Lead or assist on complex LA projects, designs, planning studies, contracts, and proposals.
• Review complete project documents and QA/QC.
• Represent the organization in communications and conferences.
• Train and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Produce project reports, designs, graphics in plan, section, and 3-D / Perspective views.
• Lead project/public meetings on complex projects.
• Responsible for QA/QC.
• Attend proposal interviews.
• Prepare bills for projects.
