Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensure as a Landscape Architect in SC (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 6+ years of progressive experience in landscape architecture, including project management and client interaction.
• Strong design sensibility and proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Collaborative mindset with mentoring passion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple landscape architecture projects from concept through construction documentation and implementation.
• Develop, coordinate, and review design plans, construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Prepare compelling proposal materials, project narratives, and visual presentations to support business development and marketing efforts.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client goals and firm standards.
• Mentor junior landscape architects and design staff, fostering growth through design reviews, technical guidance, and career development.
