JT Engineering, Inc. seeks experienced Landscape Architects to elevate technical design, site development, and construction documentation across Wisconsin offices in Green Bay, Madison, and Milwaukee.

You will shape spaces through grading, drainage, planting design, and robust documentation, contributing to diverse, meaningful projects. The role demands 4+ years’ experience, a Wisconsin PLA license (or ability to obtain), and strong CAD/3D visualization skills with a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• 4+ years of professional experience across all phases of landscape architecture and construction.
• PLA license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sites and apply practical design and technical solutions.
• Strong design background with hand sketching and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and 3D tools.
• Understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and material applications.
• Ability to evaluate new tools/tech to improve efficiency and design outcomes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-team coordination.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop thoughtful, well-resolved design solutions and evaluate approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead design efforts through all phases.
• Contribute to context-sensitive designs integrating sustainability and site constraints.
• Communicate design intent through graphics, writing, and presentations.
• Resolve design and technical challenges balancing creativity with constructability.
• Prepare and refine construction documents with accuracy and coordination.
