Job summary

Integral Consulting Inc. seeks a senior landscape architect/designer to join the San Francisco Bay Area team. You will lead habitat restoration, open space, park, trail, and ecology-driven campus projects across the Bay Area and beyond.

You will collaborate with scientists and engineers, translate ecological goals into graphics and construction documents, and oversee fieldwork and construction administration. This role blends office and field work with opportunities for leadership and growth.

Qualifications

• Requires MLA preferred; professional landscape architecture degree.
• 5+ years of design experience in landscape architecture with parks/urban environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; 3D modeling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze site conditions and develop conceptual designs and construction documents.
• Create graphics plans and sections supporting ecological design for restoration projects.
• Provide construction period services including site visits and coordination.
• Assist restoration and ecological teams with field surveys and monitoring.
• As project manager, mentor staff, develop proposals, and manage client relationships.
