Job summary

The Kleingers Group is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect to lead project teams in Columbus/Westerville, OH. You will craft concept design through construction documentation for parks, streetscapes and development sites, with QA/QC and sign-and-seal where required.

Role requires coordination with architects, engineers and clients, and the ability to mentor staff while delivering documentation on multiple concurrent projects. Strong presentation skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed Landscape Architect is required.
• 10+ years of experience preferred in landscape architecture projects.
• Experience with Construction Documents and plan sets (SD/DD/CD).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; strong MS Word/Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concept plans through construction document sets with specs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subconsultants and clients.
• Review and seal LA plans for construction where applicable.
• Lead project teams, attend meetings, and provide QA/QC for deliverables.
• Mentor staff and assist in proposals, marketing, and public speaking.
