Ackerman-Estvold is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our Idaho team in Garden City. Lead diverse projects from concept through construction, collaborating with engineers, architects, planners, surveyors, and clients to create practical, sustainable spaces.

You will support parks, streetscapes, commercial developments, and residential communities, delivering site plans, grading concepts, planting plans, and construction documents across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional license preferred, not required.
• Four or more years of progressive landscape architecture or land development experience.
• Strong understanding of site design, grading, construction documentation, and applicable development regulations.
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from concept through construction while collaborating with engineers, architects, planners, surveyors, and clients.
• Prepare site plans, grading concepts, planting plans, construction documents, renderings, and presentations.
• Analyze site conditions including topography, drainage, utilities, constraints, and zoning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to develop creative and technically sound solutions.
• Support projects through permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets.
