Job summary

Steadily Insurance Company is hiring a Senior Insurance Product Manager to shape landlord coverage, with in-office work at Overland Park, KS or Austin, TX. This role focuses on designing insurance solutions, not software products, and requires deep insurance product expertise.

You will architect coverage forms, navigate regulatory approvals, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, marketing, and leadership in a data-driven, in-person environment to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance industry experience, across underwriting, claims, or product functions.
• 2+ years of direct insurance product management experience with property insurance fundamentals.
• State regulatory filing requirements experience strongly preferred; personal property favored; commercial property considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new insurance coverage forms and expand into new geographies from concept through regulatory approval.
• Innovate with Purpose by pushing product, pricing, and underwriting sophistication while balancing profitability and growth.
• Drive profitability and growth by data-driven decisions focusing on profitability and scalable growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, underwriting, claims, marketing, and leadership in a highly in-person environment.
• Leverage technology to modernize product design and stay ahead in product sophistication.
• Monitor and optimize product performance using financial, operational, and customer metrics.
