J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey projects across transportation, municipal, land development, and civil infrastructure efforts.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with survey leadership, and growth into broader leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is technically strong, growth-oriented, and ready to mentor staff while delivering high‑quality survey services.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or license in another state with ability to obtain Idaho licensure within 6 months.
• 8–15+ years of survey experience, including managing survey projects and coordinating with project teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Experience managing multiple, complex survey projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Strong mentoring and client interfacing skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform survey project management duties with office and field teams.
• Provide direction and mentorship to survey staff.
• Coordinate with field crew manager and project crews.
• Assist with proposals, scope development, labor estimates, and scheduling.
• Prepare and review boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and related documents.
• Utilize survey software and hardware to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and other survey professionals across offices.
• Assist with client meetings, agency coordination, and business development.
• Represent the company professionally to clients and partners.
• Travel to survey sites and other offices as needed.
