Job summary

CAC I is seeking a Senior Land Program Integrator to support land-based security cooperation and capability development across the SOUTHCOM AOR. The role involves program management, requirements analysis, cost and schedule tracking, procurement coordination, and reporting for vehicles, tactical equipment, and logistics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in program analysis, project management, logistics, acquisition or government contracting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and accurately track cost, schedule, scope, performance and status.
• Experience developing reports, briefings, trackers, cost estimates, and decision-support products.
• Strong analytical, organizational and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to travel internationally throughout the SOUTHCOM AOR.
• Possess a TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track land-based requirements, projects, actions, deliverables, costs, schedules, risks, and milestones across the SOUTHCOM AOR.
• Review field assessments and translate capability gaps into defined program requirements and COAs.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, spend plans, cost estimates, schedules, procurement status, and action-item logs.
• Conduct cost comparisons and vendor research for vehicles, parts, communications, maintenance, and logistics.
• Support development of SOWs, ROM estimates, BOMs, procurement packages, and acquisition documentation.
• Coordinate with host-nation partners to understand priorities, timelines, and logistical constraints.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, executive summaries, briefing slides, and meeting minutes.
