Job summary

TC Energy is expanding its US Land Services team and seeking a Land Representative to manage landowner and contractor relationships and secure surface rights for capital projects. You will report to the leader of US Land Projects and supervise contract land personnel while coordinating permit activities and budget oversight.

Travel about 75% of the time across the US is required; a valid driver's license is essential, and familiarity with FERC regulations is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Experience in land/ROW acquisition in the natural gas pipeline industry.
Strong leadership and public speaking abilities.
Ability to manage budgets and forecast project costs.
Proven collaboration with internal clients and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee third-party contract land personnel.
Negotiate agreements, permits, and land access with landowners and agencies.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve land-related issues.
Represent TC Energy with landowners, associations, regulators, and the public.
Lead non-environmental permitting activities such as RUMAs and utility relocations.
Forecast budgets and manage land-related costs for projects.
