Ryan Residential Contractors – full-service Build To Rent, General Contractor a Division of William Ryan Homes, is looking for a Senior Land Development Project Manager to join our team that is growing exponentially in the Phoenix market.

As the Senior Land Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing managerial leadership for managing the entire horizontal process from bidding to client acceptance for specific BTR communities while meeting budgeted goals.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Provide detailed project budgets with detailed qualified contractor bids
2. Manage all site development contracts
3. Develop and manage contractor scopes and schedules
4. Maintain development status reports and schedules
5. Manage contractor monthly payment draws
6. Maintain positive subcontractor relations
7. Serve as the point of contact for clients, actively interacting with clients in weekly meetings
8. Provide support to the Director and the Division for all aspects of land development construction
9. Manage BMP and SWPPP programs
10. Assist in obtaining all permits as required

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet and prioritize deadlines
2. Strong communication skills
3. Attention to detail
4. Bachelor’s degree preferred
5. Experience in the homebuilding and land development industry required
