Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager – Land Development to join our team in Virginia or other locations. This senior role requires leading complex projects, managing client relationships, and guiding multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in land development, a proven track record in project management, and a strong focus on business development. A Bachelor’s degree and a PE or RLA license are required. The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $170,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years of professional experience, including 8 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license required.
• Strong experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver land development projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, expanding client accounts.
• Prepare and oversee proposals, project plans, and project closeout documentation.
