Responsibilities

• Provide project management on land development projects, including client coordination, contract negotiation, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Supervise CAD designers and coordinate with other departments and agencies.
• Oversee permit technicians and assist with permit applications.
• Conduct construction observations and prepare field reports.
• Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, owners, inspectors, and permitting agencies.
• Write technical reports, letters, and project summaries.
• Plan drafting experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
