JR ENGINEERING is seeking a Client Manager for Land Development in Colorado Springs. This role involves securing and managing projects while maintaining primary relationships with clients. Responsibilities include ensuring project goals are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and supporting client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a valid Colorado PE license, and a minimum of 10 years of related experience. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients and Production Leads.
• Develop and support new and existing client relationships.
• Verify project scope, schedules, and quality expectations are met.
• Manage client expectations on scope changes, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare engineering proposals including scope and fee development.
• Participate in pre-application meetings and client presentations.
• Track quarterly marketing reports and client connections.
• Mentor and support professional development of engineering team members.
• Review and sign/seal engineering plans developed under their direction.
