Responsibilities
Serve as primary liaison between clients and Production Leads.
Develop and support new and existing client relationships.
Verify project scope, schedules, and quality expectations are met.
Manage client expectations on scope changes, budget, and schedule.
Prepare engineering proposals including scope and fee development.
Participate in pre-application meetings and client presentations.
Track quarterly marketing reports and client connections.
Mentor and support professional development of engineering team members.
Review and sign/seal engineering plans developed under their direction.
