Crescent Energy Co. is seeking a Sr. Land Analyst in Houston to capture and maintain material land agreements in the land management system and support the Land Administration team in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy Commerce, PLM, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive upstream land administration experience.
• Experience with land management systems (Quorum, Enverus, LandVantage, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain land records in the company’s land management system for Leases, Contracts, Deeds, Title, and Surface agreements.
• Analyze, interpret, and accurately capture key land provisions.
• Assist in processing AFEs and payment requests for the assigned area.
• Facilitate balloting of partners and tracking of non-consenting parties.
• Support Land with ad hoc projects and research requests as required.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of land data across systems.
