WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Senior Real Estate Representative (Land Contracts and Process Optimization) for a 1-year contract assignment. The role supports large-scale transmission and infrastructure projects and focuses on standardizing land acquisition workflows from pre-bid through operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of land contracts, easements, options, and agreement structures.
• Experience with end-to-end land acquisition processes for infrastructure projects.
• Strong documentation and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and improve land acquisition workflows and training materials.
• Standardize processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Collaborate with Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams to align project execution.
• Support internal communications related to land processes and compliance.
• Review title documentation to verify ownership and support agreements.
• Manage land agreement requests within Salesforce or similar systems.
• Deliver training on standardized processes and tools.
• Support land acquisition activities across all project phases.
• Examine title research and evaluate public records for agreements.
• Review land agreements for accuracy and consistency.
